I want to apply for Staff Selection Commission Data Entry Operator Examination so I need the application for so please can you give me the date of application form and provide me the procedure of application form?

The SSC (Staff Selection commission) data entry operator exam will be held on 21.10.2012 and 28.10.2012, the last date of application is 10.08.2012.
