As you have asked about the exam pattern of the SSSC Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam, I am giving you information about it, check below for the details

The written examination of SSC CGL will consist of two stages – Tier- I and Tier- II.
Candidates who will qualify the Tier-1 exam will be eligible to appear in the Tier-2 Exam

SSC CGL Tier -1 Exam Pattern

Question paper will be divided into 4 sections –
General Intelligence & Reasoning,
General Awareness,
Quantitative Aptitude and
English Comprehension

Each section will have 50 questions making a total of 200 questions overall.
Total time duration is 2 hours.
Negative marking with a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

SSC CGL Tier – 2 Exam Pattern

There will be 2 papers viz.
Paper I – Quantitative Ability,
Paper- II – English Language and Comprehension and
Paper- III can be attempted only by the candidates who apply for the post of Statistical Investigator Gr. II & Compiler.
0.25 marks will be deducted as negative marking in Paper-II and 0.50 marks in Paper-I
