The SRM University invites application form for the recruitment for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work in a SERB, DST (ECR) funded research project entitled Studies on the role of suppressor proteins of chilli leaf curl virus in the development of leaf curl disease (Sanction order: ECR/2017/000562).

Applications Invited for the Post of Junior Research Fellow in DST-SERB Sponsored Project

Duration: 3 years till the completion of the project

Eligibility -

M.Sc/M.Tech in Plant Biotechnology/Genetic Engineering/Biotechnology/Molecular Biology

Desirable Qualification:

Candidates with hands-on experience in advanced molecular techniques and a strong background in Plant virology.

Candidates who are CSIR-NET/GATE qualified will be given preference.

Fellowship: Rs 25,000 + HRA as per DST norms (M.Tech/MSc with NET)
Rs 16,000+ HRA as per DST norms (MSc without NET)
