SRM University Exam Results

I don’t find my result of BBA 1st Semester Exam given in last month on website of SRM University. Where I will get complain for my result? Is there any department for result section? I think the Controller of examination can solve my problem, so provide me contact details of Controller of examination? Give me address of department of Examination of the SRM University in case I have to go at the department for complain for result?
