It is affiliated to Karnataka Pre-University.
It was founded by Dr. R Chenraj Jain.
The college has a well equipped auditorium of 8800 square feet and can accommodate 800 people.
There is a conference hall of 2000 square feet that has a seating capacity of 171.
The venue also has a library, Laboratories etc.
