Here is the SRFTI direction and screenplay Course last years question paper: 1. Editor correlates fragmented pieces of space and disintegrated segments of time to construct the narrative flow. Elaborate the idea within the pace as given (cite examples if you wish to do so) 2. Write your comments on a scene you consider outstanding for its editing , from a film you have seen recently. 3. Twelve pictures arranged at random order on a page convey two different series of incidents. Sort the pictures into two different sets of six each, and rearrange the pictures in each set in correct sequence to convey the incidents. Indicate the order of your sequence by putting numbers in the boxes of first sequence, and alphabets for the second sequence. Sequence 1. Sequence 2 4. Imagine a situation where India needs 2 runs to win. Ashis Nehera is at 49 not out and only 2 more balls remaining - he is on strike. How would you like to perceive the situation and mood on your TV ?. 5. Narrate briefly what can happen in the scene when the first shot is like the picture given below ; (some picture is to be given to narrate the same). 6. Describe an assassination attempt in ten shots, giving details of every shot in terms of things in view, action, characters, sound etc. 7. Write a short story based on the six pictures given on a page, connecting them in any manner you like. MODEL QUESTION ON DIRECTION & SCREENPLAY WRITING 1. A road accident takes place.
