No, BDS student cannot do ENT Specialization.
To do ENT specialization, You should possess MBBS degree from any university recognized by Medical Council of India.

Facial plastic surgery

ENT Courses in India are:
Diploma in ENT
Doctor of Medicine in ENT

ENT Specialist Eligibility
