About this scheme:

The revised Banking Ombudsman Scheme came into effect from 1st January 2006.

The customers can now make complaints on areas like credit card, deficiencies in providing promised services levying service charges without prior notice to the customer and non adherence to the Fair Practice Code adopted by the Bank.
