University offer undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in Arts, Science, Social Science, Commerce, Law, Management, Engineering, and Technology. Seven postgraduate departments are run on the campus -Physics, Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Electronics, Geology, Computer Science (M.C.A) and AIHC (Ancient Indian history culture and Archaeology).

Solapur University has two separate hostels for Boys and girls, here I am giving you information about these hostels…

Girls’ Hostel:

Smt. A. B. Awatade, Rector, Girl’s Hostel
Capacity : 80
It was Started Since Dec. 2009.
Rector House.
Mess and Study room.

Shri. S. N. Shringare, Rector, Boys’ Hostel
Capacity : 200
It was Started Since July 2011.
Two separate mess buildings.
