Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute (SEI) is functioning as intended and free of vulnerabilities ,it is a research and development center and work for improving organizations' software engineering capabilities. The Capability Maturity Model (CMM) is a methodology used to develop refine and improving an organization's software development process.
