SMU Vs IGNOU MCA

I want to do MCA course so which University is best among Sikkim Manipal University and Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for MCA course? Tell me the rankings and the ratings of both the Universities for MCA course?

I have completed BCA Degree in last month with 78% marks and now want to do MCA. My father suggested me for SMU University but I want to do this course from IGNOU. So can anyone give information about MCA Course of SMU University and IGNOU University?

For non-maths students, an additional fee of Rs. 1,200 has to be paid for BCS-012 course.
