There are following eligibility candidate should have for SMU Scholarship:

Candidate should have in First year SMU undergraduates

Candidate should have an outstanding academic results

Candidate should have quality of Demonstrated leadership, excellent communications skills, social entrepreneurship and intellectual curiosity.

Excellent co-curricular activities and community service involvement

Strong interest to pursue graduate studies and to undertake academic research

Benefits of the Scholarship Award
The Scholarship is tenable up to five years for a scholar who pursues the co-terminal Bachelor’s and Master’s degree program and up to four years if the scholar undertakes the Bachelor’s degree program only


The Scholarship covers the tuition fees for the Bachelor’s and Master’s degree program.

Each scholar will be entitled to a one-time grant for the purchase of a laptop.

Each scholar will receive an annual book allowance of $500.

No bond is required under the terms of this Scholarship.
