Senior Management Program (SMP) of IIMC is a satellite based distance education certificate program offered through NIIT Imperia platform.

This 1-year program has been designed specifically to equip senior executives with quantitative tools and qualitative perspective so that they can make strategic decisions in different types of situations.

Selection Process

Eligible candidates will be selected through an entrance examination conducted by NIIT and IIMC & on the basis of individual profile.

Program duration and delivery

The period of the program is one year. Each candidate has to go through the introductory module and advanced module over a period of one year. There will be two campus programmes, one at the beginning and one towards the end. The duration of the 1st campus visit will be of 3 days and the 2nd campus visit will be of 4 days.

The program is approximately divided into two modules- the Introductory Module and the Advanced Module
