Hey as Government Sivagangai Medical College was started in the year 2012-13 in the Sivagangai District with an annual intake of 100 students for MBBS Course

Eligibility criteria for MBBS :-

Age Limit : -

Should have completed the age of Seventeen years

Nationality :-

Candidate should be a Citizen of India.

Nativity : -

Candidate should be a Native of Tamil Nadu


Educational Qualifications: -

Applicants should have passed in all the subjects of the qualifying examination of the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (Academic) conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Board /any other equivalent Board in one and the same attempt ( Single Sitting ) in the following group of subjects with the minimum eligible marks.

Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology.
(or)
Physics, Chemistry, Biology with any other subject.

A failure in examination/ reappearance/ first appearance in compartment in one or
more subjects will be treated as an attempt.
