Completing the ACEND-accredited educational program and dietetic internship renders you eligible to sit for the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) Examination the Examination consist of the following papers that are as follow: Paper I – Human Physiology Biochemistry Physiologic and Metabolic Changes in Disease Food Microbiology, Sanitation and Hygiene HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY General principles of Physiology.
