Is Singhania University approved by AICTE or not

Can you tell me if Singhania University is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) or not? Provide me the contact detail of Singhania University as well?

As per law, Universities do not require AICTE approval. Only institutions which are affiliated to Universities require approval. As Singhania University is a self-financed University established by a State Act, it does not require AICTE approval.

Singhania University was founded in 2007 and was established by the Government of Rajasthan, under Ordinance 6 of 2007. It is a UGC recognized private university as per Sec. 2f of the UGC Act 1956.



It was established with a commitment to bring higher education to rural India and to provide object-oriented education, keeping in view, the emerging industrial and business opportunities globally.

It is seeking tactical treaty and academic partnership with foreign Universities for providing further opportunities to acquire nationally and internationally recognized degrees in India, coupled with well-paid job offers.

Special concessions in fees and liberal scholarships are being provided to meritorious and deprived students without any distinction. It provides continuous education beginning from KG in school to higher education.
