Sikkim Manipal University (SMU) is a co-educational public-private funded university located in Gangtok, Sikkim, India. It was established in 1995.

SMU University attestation

For university attestation-

Student can forward the documents which are to be attested to the Office Student Evaluation along with a request letter in detail and Demand Draft of Rs.250/-drawn in favour of ‘Sikkim Manipal University, DE’ payable at Manipal or Udupi.

Obtaining HRD Ministry attestation -

The students will apply for Attestation of the Degree Certificate in the format prescribed and forward to the Office of the Assistant Registrar with the following documents.

Original Degree Certificate, CMC, PPC.
Photocopy of the Passport.
Filled up Application Form (refer Annexure A)
Demand Draft (refer Payment section)
Address to which the attested certificate should be sent
Self addressed envelope
