The selection process of most of the PSUs comprise of the following stages:
Written Examination
Interview

The written examination comprises of the questions from relevant discipline,

The Interview is focused on personality, attitude as well as aptitude for the job.

NOTE: Kindly review following details of different PSU’s examination, EII providing you following details as per the data available. But keep in mind pattern of PSU’s will be differ from one PSU to other as they have different projects and depending upon their current project they put their selection process.

TIPS & TRICKS to CRACK PSU’s Exams: 95% of the TECHNICAL Question will be basic in nature. We suggest all PSU’s preparing candidate must be focused on their core Technical subjects. As most of the questions are based upon formula and basic definition, so kindly prepare yourself or revise your classroom notes / Postal material before the examination. We tried our level best to suit these requirements, but don’t forget examination are sometime unpredictable as I we briefed you, recruitment process of any PSU’s are likely to follow their current projects for which they are going to conduct recruitment.

Always keep yourself on practice to Non-technical (General study + Aptitude + Reasoning + English Grammar + Vocabulary) section as they are very important in terms of Scoring higher marks.

Examination Pattern common to almost all PSU’s are like :



Technical paper normally consists 70-75% of the total question, which is normally: 90-120 Question

• Time duration: vary as per total number of questions. • Negative Marking: Vary from 1/4th -1/3rd

• Non-Technical : 30-35% of total questions ( include General knowledge , aptitude and English)
