Central Police Organisation-Sub Inspector (CPO-SI) exam is conducted by SSC on the national level to fill the post of sub inspector in various Central Government Police Organisation like CRPF, CISF, BSF etc. Educational Qualification Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university and equivalent Age Limit: Candidate’s age should be between 20-25 years. Selection Process: A candidate has to go through the following tests for Final Selection : 1. Written Exam [ Paper I and Paper II ] 2. PET/Medical Exam 3. Interview Exam Pattern: The SSC CPO-SI paper consists of two papers. Paper-1 consists of 200 questions of 200 marks and the time duration is 2 hrs Paper-2 consists of 200 questions of 200 marks and the time duration is 2 hrs PAPER-I • Part-A- General intelligence and Reasoning (50 questions, 50 marks) • Part-B- General knowledge and General Awareness (50 questions, 50 marks) • Part-C- Quantitative Aptitude (50 questions, 50 marks) • Part-D- English Comprehension (50 questions, 50 marks) PAPER-II • English Language and Comprehension Physical Fitness Test : For male candidates: 100 meters race in 16 seconds 1.6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes Long Jump : 3.65 metres in 3 chances High Jump : 1.2 metres in 3 chances Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metres in 3 chances For female candidates: 100 metres race in 18 seconds 800 metres race in 4 minutes Long Jump: 2.7 metres (9 feet) in 3 chances. High Jump : 0.9 metres (3 feet) in 3 chances. |
