Well below I have given you the Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Alternative Investment Funds) (Amendment) regulations 2015 so you can have a look

The regulations are called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) (Amendment) Regulations, 2015.

They will come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations,2012, in regulation 15, in sub-regulation (1), after clause (g), the following shall be inserted

The following are the regulations

Investment by Category I and Category II Alternative Investment Funds in the shares
Of entities listed on institutional trading platform after the commencement of Securities and

Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) (Fourth

Amendment) Regulations, 2015 shall be deemed to be investment in ‘unlisted securities’
For the purpose of these regulations.
