SCRA College List

I want list of Colleges which are Exam Centre for SCRA Examination this year. I am from Patna, so pls give me list of all Colleges of Patna where SCRA will hold this year. Anyone can provide me details about Exam pattern and its detailed syllabus to me. I want to start self study for SCRA Exam from today.
