Can you provide me the admission process in Sarala Birla Public School as I want to admit my son in it?

The Admission process in Sarala Birla Public School is over for the session 2014.The admission process is as follows:

Admission Procedure for classes other than Class XI:

Admission is given strictly on vacancy and merit of the child.

Admission is solely on academic grounds, irrespective of caste, creed and community.

The minimum eligible age for admission in Class Kg-I is 3½ years as on 1st April.

A Registration form is included in the prospectus. The cost of prospectus is Rs 500/-.

Documents required for Admission

Xerox of Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation/ Hospital / Nursing Home and any affidavit or other evidence is not acceptable.

Xerox of report Card from the school last attended. (Not applicable for KG-I & KG-II)

Two Pass port-size photographs

After Registration, the child needs to appear for an Interactive

The final result for Admission Test into particular class will be displayed in the Notice Board.

Once a student is successful in the admission test and interview, the other formalities to be completed are:

Filing up of the Admission Form
Payment of the all fees within the due date
Submission of Attested copy of Birth Certificate (The original is to be presented for verification.)
Submission of Transfer Certificate from the school last attended
Fees once be deposited can not be refunded.
Bus facility will be provided if there will be vacancy.
