Key Responsibilities
Understand organization priorities and develop strategy and plans for leveraging and engaging allocated Channels i.e. Banca CBG, Broking & Direct Corporate:
Growth
Key accounts penetration (CAG, MCG & Broking)
Product-mix
Enhancing channels share of wallet vis-a-vis overall business
Profitability objectives
Drive achievement of Banca Channel (Banca –CBG, Broking and Direct Corp.) strategy, goals and plans
Ensure penetration of the key customers/ accounts at SBI-CBG (to the extent as permissible by the organizations risk appetite)
Drive penetration of the Broking accounts for SBIGIC across the customer segments catered by them (i.e. Retail, SME and Corporate)
Drive Penetration of Speciality Lines of Products ( Trade Credit, Liability and Marine Insurance) through CBG, Broker and Direct Customers
Ensure ongoing research on business dynamics and future trends for the Channel.

Job Requirements
Desired Qualifications
Graduate preferably in Engineering
MBA in Insurance will be preferred

Experience
5-6 years of GI exp in Mumbai handling Corporate, Retail & SME sales
Channel management exposure

Good understanding of Commercial & Retail business operating model
Direct channel exposure is preferred
