Unit Manager Eligibility

Graduate

Knowledge of MS Office is preferred

Key Responsibilities

Ensuring constant updating of specified persons/agent/dealers’’s knowledge on new
products and underwriting policies

Ensure effective launch of all promotional campaigns in the channel

Ensure profitability of the channel

Ensuring achievement of allocated budget and through allocated
banks/agents/dealers/brokers etc

Ensure process adherence as per SBI General guidelines and flawless documentation

KYC norm implementation where applicable

Handling customer query and complaint in the channel, managing service related issues,
policy delivery, stationeries, claims etc.

Coordinating with Underwriting and Claims, thereby ensuring prompt services to
customers whenever required
