Maestro Card/MasterCard Secure Code is a new service from State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, in association with MasterCard that lets shop online securely with existing State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur Debit Card which may be used only on merchant websites that subscribe to services of "MasterCard SecureCode". Secure Code Service confirms one’s identity through a simple check process when make online purchases. Secure Code Service allows creating a password and it protects online transactions just like use PIN at the ATM. The salient features and eligibility criteria value propositions for issuing of these cards are as under: 1) State Bank Classic Debit Card : A 16-digit PIN-based (Signature fallback) MasterCard / VISA Debit Card with CVV and Expiry date of 5 years from the date of issue for all new Non-Cheque Book accounts. This card is valid only in India, i.e. for domestic transactions. 2) State Bank Silver International Debit Card: A 16-digit PIN-based (Signature fallback) MasterCard / VISA Debit Card with CVV and Expiry date of 5 years from the date of issue for all new Cheque Book accounts. 3) State Bank Gold International Debit Card (Chip + Magstripe): A 16-digit PINbased (Signature fallback) MasterCard / VISA Debit Card with CVV and Expiry date of 5 years from the date of issue. 4) State Bank Platinum International Debit Card (Chip + Magstripe): A 16-digit PIN-based (Signature fallback) MasterCard / VISA Debit Card with CVV and Expiry date of 5 years from the date of issue.
