Admission to courses of college is according to the criteria set by the University of Kerala and the Government. 50 percent of seats are filled on merit. 10 percent seats to the community specified by the Management. 20 percent is for the SC and ST categories and 20 percent to candidates selected by the Managing Committee.

Admission dates are decided and announced by the University of Kerala. Admission to Post Graduate Courses falls in June - July and to Bachelors in July - August every year
