Sambad is an Odia daily newspaper published from 8 key centers of Odisha including the capital city of Bhubaneswar.

It was born on October 4, 1984 and is currently being edited by Soumya Ranjan Patnaik. Sambad has been well known to introduce a list of customs in the print media age.

Among them are a separate sports page, a separate editorial page, weekly color pull-outs etc.
