Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) Management Trainee recruitment Mode of Selection is as given below:

Mode of Selection
The Candidates will be required to appear for a written examination.
Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the written test will be intimated to appear for Group Discussion and Interview.

Eligibility:

For Management trainee (Technical):
The applicant should have Degree in Engineering (full time) with 65 % marks in the Mechanical, Electrical, Metallurgy , Electronics, Instrumentation, Ceramics, Civil, Computer Science (IT), Mining or Chemical Engineering.
For Computer Science discipline, MCA (3 years full time) with 65 % marks are also eligible.

2. For Management Trainee (Administration):
For HR, Marketing and Materials:
The applicant should have Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks with at least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks.

For Finance:
CA/ICWA

Pay scale
Emoluments: Rs. 20,600 -3% - 46,500 (E-1).
CTC: Rs. 7.5 lakhs per annum.

1. Starting date for submission of application : 31-12-2015
2. Closing date for submission of application : 21-01-2015
3. Availability of payment reconciliation status with edit option : 27-01-2015
4. Closing of payment editing option : 03-02-2015
5. Display of Final reconciliation status : 11-02-2015
6. Starting date for downloading of Admit card : 03-03-2015
7. Tentative date of written examination : 23-03-2015

How to apply:
Firstly, candidates need to apply for the post whenever the recruitments are going on by filling the online application form of the SAIL management trainee post
Candidates need to give the written exam after filling the form on the date when they area informed

Written exam:
SAIL written exam will held in five segments as under:
Domain knowledge test (duration 75 minutes) for 100marks
SAIL Aptitude test (duration 75 minutes) consisting of four segments viz. Quantitative aptitude, Verbal ability, Reasoning and General awareness of 25 marks each
