Currently as on 5 December 2015 application form for join SAIL for Management Trainee post is not available .

Last Examination for selection of Management Trainee at SAIL was conducted in May 2015 .

Eligibility for SAIL Management Trainee post :

Eligibility:
Upper Age: 30 years

Minimum Qualification :

Management Trainee (Technical)

Degree in Engineering (full time) .

Secure minimum of 65% marks (average of all semesters).

Eligible Disciplines of degree :
Mechanical,
Electrical,
Metallurgy,
Electronics & Instrumentation,
Ceramics,
Civil,
Computer Science,
Mining or Chemical Engineering.

Candidate who having degree in Computer Science and MCA (3 years full time) must secure 65% marks (average of all semesters) .

Management Trainee (Administration)
For HR, Marketing and Materials:
Bachelors’ degree in any discipline with 60% marks in aggregate.

At least two years full time MBA/PG Diploma in Management with 60% marks.

For Finance : CA/ICWA
