As per as my knowledge B.E. Pre final year students are not eligible to apply for the SAIL Exam. To be eligible for this exam the applicants should hold B.tech degree with minimum marks of 65% in all years/semester (50%for SC/ST) from the following disciplines:

Mechanical,
Electrical,
Metallurgy,
Chemical,
Electronics & Telecommunications,
Instrumentation,
Civil,
Ceramics and Computer Science

Tentative dates:
Starting date for submitting applications through website June 2014

Closing date for submitting applications through website June 2014

Last day of receipt of registration slip along with Pay in Slip and documents July 2014

Intimation to eligible candidates regarding examination/admit cards etc. by email July 2014

Written Test July 2014

You are asking for the SAIL Exam eligibility for B.E. Pre final year students. As per as my knowledge B.E. Pre final year students are not eligible to apply for the SAIL Exam.

To be eligible for this exam the applicants should hold B.tech degree with minimum marks of 65% in all years/semester (50%for SC/ST) from the following disciplines:

Written test Pattern:

SAIL Paper pattern consist of objective queries divided into two sections.

Part-I consists of aptitude queries whereas
Part-II are going to be having questions from relevant discipline.

Aptitude test 150 marks
A- Quantitative Aptitude (35 marks)
B- English Verbal ability (35 marks)
C- Reasoning (45 marks)
D- General awareness (35 marks
Relevant Engineering Discipline (Technical) 100 marks
