S.V University M.C.A Convocation Notification

Sir, I require some information about the Sri Venkateswara University M.C.A Convocation Notification, so can you tell me from where could I get the notification? Can you provide it here?

The S.V University offers M.C.A program and it generally issues Convocation Notification for this program in the month of August but the university has not published the notice for the year 2012 yet. I am attaching the old convocation application form here. If you want it, you can download it from here after doing registration.

With reference to SVUniversity website, here with i am notifying you with my query as below,

Myself M.IMRAN KHAN, Graduated (2010-2012) & Post Graduated (2012-2015) from SVUniversity, till date i haven't applied & collected my Convocation certificates from University and same time i am out of the country due to Employment and unfortunately my company required convocation certificates, can you please assist me to come out from this problem.
