Rural Electrification Corporation Ltd (REC) is a Navratna Central Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Power. It is a leading infrastructure finance company with a net worth of ₹ 33,326 crore.

It provides financial assistance to state electricity boards, state governments, central/state power utilities, independent power producers, rural electric cooperatives and private sector utilities through extensive network of 23 offices across India.
