SBI has set up 116 Rural Self Employment Training Institutes (RSETIs) the nation over as a foundation to relieve the unemployment and underemployment issues among the rustic youth in the nation.

RSETIs are non-benefit organizations built up with the backing of State Government and Central Governments. The goal of this foundation is to create independent work in rustic territories through preparing for limit building and by encouraging settlement in jobs.

These RSETIs are giving exhaustive quality private preparing programs in identity and expertise advancement territories to rustic youth free of expense. Near 66,000 applicants are prepared each year the nation over by our RSETIs. Post preparing, they are encouraged in productive engagement in the employment.
