The Railway Recruitment Cell is a East Central Railway. The RRC is an organization created after issue of letter no. E(NG)II/96/RR-1/62 dated 18.07.2005 by Ministry of Railways (Railway Board), New Delhi.

The letter delegates powers to General Managers of Indian Railways for open market recruitments in Pay Band 1 + Grade Pay 1800/-.
