RRC Secunderabad Exam Syllabus 2014 for Group-D Posts:

The mode of written test consists of Objective Type i. e.100 Questions within 90 minutes.

The syllabus of written test consists of General Intelligence and Reasoning, General Arithmetic, General Awareness, General English.

1. General Intelligence and Reasoning :
Coding -Decoding, Sequence & Series, Alphabet test, Classification, Blood Relations, Direction Test, Venn Diagrams, Group Reasoning, Number, Ranking & Time Sequence Test, Logical Arrangement of Words.

2. Arithmetic :
Simplifications, Numbers, Problems on Numbers, L.C.M and H.C.F, Simplifications L.C.M, H.C.F & Number System, Average, Ration and Proportion, Time and Work, Boats & Streams, Age Relations, Percentages, Partnership, Simple Interest, Compound Interest, Mensuration.

3. General Awareness :
Indian Railways, Sports, General Science, History & Culture, Geography, General Polity, Basic Economy.

4. General English :
Antonyms, Synonyms, Paragraph Questions, Spelling Mistakes, Comprehensions’….,

RRC Jaipur Group D Posts Selection Process:
Railway Recruitment Cell, Jaipur hires personnel in various Group D vacancies in specified categories of North Western Railway under various divisions.

Selection Procedure:
Selection Procedure is in various stages of Recruitment Procedure:
1. Written Examination
2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
3. Document Verification
4. Medical Examination

Written Examination:
1. Written Exam is of Objective Type with multiple choices of Questions and the syllabus for the written exam will be generally in conformity with the educational standard of 10th class.
2. Questions are on General Knowledge/Awareness/Mathematics/Reasoning etc (of 10th class standard).
3. Question Papers are in English, Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and Urdu Language.

Physical Efficiency Test:
1. Male candidates need to run for a distance of 1500 meters in six minutes in one chance.
2. Female candidates need to run for a distance of 400 meters in three minutes in one chance.

Medical Examination and Document Verification:
The candidates are called for Medical Exam and the verification of the original certificates based on the merit of the written examination.
