The RRB/Bangalore is headed by Chairman, assisted by Member Secretary, with a team of Group-‘C’ & Group-‘D’ staff.

The recruitment board has been set up to rationalize the work load on existing RRBs and to bring the recruitment agencies nearer to the candidates in the far flung areas and interior sides.

RRB Bangalore conducts recruitment on all India basis.
