RPSC date exam 2nd grade

What is the RPSC 2nd grade examination (2013) date and how can I apply for it.

Rajasthan Public Service commission (RPSC) established on 16 August 1949 under the constitution Article 315.
Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) will go to announce the Second Grade of 2nd Grade Teacher Recruitment 2013. This Recruitment is for secondary education and teachers posts.

Exam Date :
The examination dates are not declared yet. Possibility of Date is in third week of August month of the year 2013.

Eligibility Criteria :
1. Candidates passed 10+2 with appropriate marks.
2. Candidates passed with at least 55% in Graduation(B.A., B.Com, B.Sc.)
3. Post Graduate +B.ED or D.Ed or equivalent to it candidate will be eligible.
