RPF Constable Physical Test Details

What are RPF Constables Physical Measurement Standards or criteria, will you please provide here & also give here RPF Constables eligibility criteria as well as when will RPF conducts Constable exam please provide date for exam here ???

As you want here I am giving below info related to RPF Constable Physical Test on your demand :

PST (Physical Standard Test)

Below is the minimum PST requirement (Male/ Female) for RPF Sipahi Bharti.

Male Candidates:

(a) Height

UR/ OBC: 165 centimeters,
SC/ ST: 160 centimeters,
Hillman: 163 cms.

(b) Chest Unexpanded

UR/ OBC: 80 cms,
SC/ ST: 76.2 cms
Hillman: 80 cms

(c) Chest Expanded Male (Cms)*

UR/ OBC: 85 cms,
SC/ ST: 81.2 cms
Hillman: 85 cms

Female Candidates:

(a) Height

UR/ OBC: 157 centimeters,
SC/ ST: 152 centimeters,
Hillman: 155 cms.

Note 1: A minimum expansion of 5 Cms in the chest is essential and there is not chest PST for women candidate.

Note 2: for Hillman, for Garhwalis, Gorkhas, Kumaonese, Dogras, Marathas, persons hailing from Himachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Ladakh, Kashmir Valley and North Eastern States subject to production of Domicile certificate from the District Magistrate/ SDM/Tehsildar and other categories specified by Government from time-to-time.

1600 Meters Race

Male: 5 min 45 sec (so, the male candidate should complete 1.6 kms race in 5 minutes and 45 seconds)
Female: this race is not applicable for female candidates.

800 Meters Race

Male: the 800 meters race is not applicable for Male Candidate.
Female: 3 min 40 sec.

For running, the candidate gets only one chance.

High Jump

Male: 3 feet 9 inches
Female: 3 feet

Chance: you got two chance to qualify the above mentioned high jump.

Long Jump

Male: 14 feet
Female: 9 feet

Chance: you got two chance to qualify the above mentioned long jump.

Only those applicants who qualify in the Written Examination shall be called for PET and Physical Measurement.

Note: There will be no PET for Ex-Servicemen.
