I cleared the written exam of RPF for constable and the second round for selection is based on physical test so I want the Physical Test Details for clearing the second round.??

PMT ( Physical Measurement Test )
For Male
Height in cms. 165 160 163
Chest in cms. Unexpanded – 80

PET ( Physical Efficiency Test )
Events
Sex 1600 m. race 800 m. race 100 m. race High Jump Long Jump Shot put

For Male 5 min. 45 sec. NA 16 3 ft. 9 inch 14 ft. NA

For Female NA 3 min. 40 sec. 18 3ft. 9 ft. NA
Two chances will be given for Long jump, High Jump & Shot put but there will be only one chance to clear any of the race event .
There will not PET ( Physical Efficiency Test ) for a Ex-serviceman but they have to pass through measurement test .
