Rites Ltd Inspection Charges

I want to know the Inspection Charges in RITES Limited so can you please tell me? Also provide me the Inspection Call Format?

Submit the inspection call in the prescribed format to the region where material is to be offered for inspection.

There is enough time margin from the date of receipt of inspection call in RITES Office to the expiry of DP (preferably 21 days, not less than 7 days).

Rites Ltd Inspection Charges-

Miscellaneous Charges

i) Call Cancellation Charges:

a) Before visit of IE to vendor's premises : Rs 3000/-

b) After visit of IE to vendor's premises :

Local : Rs. 8000/-

Outstation : Rs 13000/-

ii) Reinspection Charges : 1% of the value of the stores or as per (i)-b above whichever is higher.

iii) Revalidation of Inspection Certificate : Rs. 5000/-

Applicable Service Tax will be charged to the above charges.
