Candidates must be Indian Nationals

Qualification:
Candidates must have secured a minimum 60 % Marks (50% for SC/ST) in B.E/B.Tech.

Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering

Candidates must have qualified in GATE exam.

Age:
not less than 21 years
not more than 30 years

Selection process:
GATE exam score .
Personal interview .
Group Discussion

Weightage:
85% weightage to GATE (normalized marks),
12 % to Personal Interview
3% to Group Discussion

Probation Period:
2 years

Emoluments:.
An IDA pay scale of Rs.20600-46500

Total CTC:
Rs.7.32 Lakhs per annum approximately during training and Rs. 11.81 Lakhs per annum as Assistant Manager.
