How many scores required in Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) exam to get into IITs, please provide here???

To get admission in IIT you need to have 95% minimum to get admission in M.Tech from IITs.

The gate score rang is given below that will help you out to know about the minimum score with ability level.
You can check the below table.

The maximum score can be 1000.
