MPSC stands for the Maharashtra Public service commission.
It organizes the examinations for the top administrative positions in Maharashtra state government.

Here is qualification required for MPSC:

Age
To appear for this examination a candidate must have completed minimum 19 years of age

The maximum age limit for open category candidates is 33 years.

The age limit is relaxed by 5 years in case of candidates from reserved category.

For handicapped candidates the maximum age limit is 45 years.

Qualification:
The candidate in final year of degree course can apply and appear for the Preliminary Examination.

They should submit the proof of his degree qualification while applying for the Main Examination, if selected in Prelims.

Exam pattern

The break-up of the marks of MPSC Preliminary Examination is as follows:

Preliminary Examination

Arts and Social Sciences
30 Marks
Intellegence Test
50 Marks
Current Affairs
30 Marks
Science and Technology
30 Marks
Commerce and Economics 30 Marks
Agriculture
30 Marks
Total
200 Marks

Assistant Secretary
Deputy Superintendent of Police
Block Development Officer
District Transport Officer
Deputy Registrar (Co-operatives)
District Inspector (Land Records)
Maharashtra Finance & Accounts Service-Class I & II
Superintendent of Prohibition and Excise
Asstt. Registrar (Cooperatives)

Tentative Eligibility Criteria for MPSC Exams
Have a Bachelor Degree or its equivalent Degree with relevant discipline from any recognized University.

Nationality: Indian

Age Limit:
Age should be between 19-33 Years

Language:
Knowledge of Marathi is essential.
