I want to know about Required percentage in B tech degree course for placement in top companies .

You have to obtain minimum 60% in your B.TECH degree to get good placement in reputed companies through on campus placements.
You must have 60% in your 10th standard and 12th standard. And you have good communication skills . you must have no backlogs in B tech exams.
