Defence Research and Development Organization SET eligibility criteria are here:

You should be a student of engineering stream from recognized college or university from the following branches only:

Electronics & Communication engineering
Mechanical engineering
Computer Science & engineering
Chemical engineering
Electrical engineering

Eligibility:
You should have at least 60% or first class for being eligible for exam .
Final year students can also apply for DRDO Set .

Age limits for DRDO SET Exam

You need to have age of 21 years to 30 years while applying for examination.
Relaxation for Categories is Given Below :
Maximum of 5 years for SC/ST Candidates.
Maximum of 3 years for Other (OBC's) .

Exam Pattern

Section A: 100 questions based on you stream of engineeirng.
Section B: 50 questions is on following topics :
Analytic skills
Current affairs
General awareness
