The common eligibility criteria for getting job in IT companies coming for campus placement are as follows...

60 % above in 10th,12th and UG/PG.

No current backlogs

Maximum of 2 years study gap

Good communication and Technical skills

There are in general 3 sections for campus selection:

Aptitude test, it may be online or may be offline, generally online

Technical Interview

HR round, Personal Interview

To getting job in a good IT Company candidate should score 7 or above CGPA .

Candidate should have to score minimum of the 7 CGPA points through out the academics from 10th standard.
