As you want I am here giving you the detail about the relaxation for Physical Handicapped candidate in Indian Services Exam Eligibility for IAS Exams: Candidate must hold a graduation degree of any of recognized Universities. Nationality: a citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or a subject of Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee Age Limits: 21 to 30 years Upper age limit Relaxation : Up to Five years : Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe. Up to three years: to Other Backward Classes Upto five years: To candidate had ordinarily been domiciled in the State of Jammu & Kashmir during the period from the 1st January, 1980 to the 31st day of December, 1989.
