After checking the official website of Royal Navy in New Zealand I got the information regarding the recruitment of Navy Officers, Sailors, Combat System Specialist, Electronic technician, Operational Administrator, Store Accountant, Marine Officer, Warfare Officer, Medical officer etc.

You can apply in 3 Schedules for the vacancies till Nov 9, 2012, 24th Feb 2013 and 17th May 2013 for the Sailor vacancies.
