Experts of Regular Selection Committee
AC/EC/Court/FC/Planning & Monitoring Board Members
Other Guests of the University as approved by the Vice Chancellor

Category II
Experts / Faculty invited by the School / Department for formal meetings
Experts invited as examiners by the department / school / office of CoE
Resource Persons formally invited for conference / symposia / special lecture / any other official event

Category III
Participants of Conferences/Workshops/Symposia/Training
Faculty / Staff newly appointed by the University
Officers of Government of India on personal visits
Candidates invited by the University for interviews,
Faculty / Officers / Staff of UGC / MHRD / Central Universities / Other Educational Training
Institutes of Government of India

Category IV
Parents and Family members of teaching and non-teaching staff of the University
Parents / guardians of students / research scholars visiting the University for convocation or in case of any medical issues / other emergency.
