Railway SCRA Qualification Criteria
I want to apply for Railway Special Class Railway Apprentices (SCRA) Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) so please give me details to apply including required qualification criteria and application procedure?

I am planning to apply for UPSC Special Class Railway Apprentice (SCRA) examination searching for exam details. Will you provide me Qualification criteria and other details to apply for Railway SCRA Exam also tell exam pattern so I can prepare well for this SCRA exam?

The Special Class Railway Apprentice or the UPSC SCRA examination conduct by the Union Public Service Commission to select eligible candidates for admission into training courses in Mechanical engineering Qualification criteria: In order to be eligible to apply for UPSC SCRA exam, candidates should have completed 10+2 or equivalent from a Government of India recognized board or university with a minimum of second division. They should have studied Mathematics and either one of Physics or Chemistry subject or both. All candidates should be between 17 to 21 years of age Exam pattern: There are two papers in the recruitment exam having objective type and multiple choice questions on the following main topics: Part I: This paper will have questions on the following main topics: Paper I: General Ability Test (English, General Knowledge and Psychological Test (200 Marks) Paper II: Physical Sciences (Physics & Chemistry) 200 Marks Paper III: Mathematics (200 Marks) and Total Marks Allotted: 600 Marks Part II: Interview/ Personality Test: The second part of the paper consists of Interview/ Personality Test of 200 marks. The candidates who qualify in the written exam shall be only called for the Interview round of examination. Total Time Allotted: 6 Hours (2 Hours each for all the papers) |
